Rear Seat Belt Latch Problem V70-XC70 1999

Anyone else having problems with their rear seat belt latches (the bottom part) latching? Our right rear one on our 99 V70 has problems latching when we try to buckle in a car seat.

Volvo's USA seatbelt Air bag warranty is 5 years/unlimmited miles. You should be able to get your dealer to replace the latch under warranty.
