Radio and Dash cover on air bag 850 1995

Hey Folks,
Just bought my first Volvo and had a couple of questions The first is
the radio light went out over the weekend and I want to fix it any ideas?
The second is the dash is starting to come apart on the drivers side air bag
cover can this come off to reglue the cover without deploying the air bag?

    Are you sure that it is the driver's side?

    If you mean the passenger side, see the post about 10 after yours.
