Crankshaft pulley removal? S70

Hello All:
Could someone help me on this! I have removed the center nut and the 4 vibration bolts attaching the crankshaft pulley to the sprocket, but the pulley is still not coming out! I am afraid to hammer! What is the best approach? Should I use a gear puller (or something similar) tool? Is it just held by rust?
