Tire size on '96 850 Turbo 850

The car came with 205/50R16's and I think the ride is harsh. Can I substitute a tire which would smooth the ride out a bit? I like the Turbo, but I'm not a racer.

IMHO you are stuck with it.The 850's are renound for the firm ride.They have a stiff chasis and the T5's have firmer suspension to handle the extra power.You could try getting hold of some second hand 15" rims from and old 850.The higher profile tyres would give a softer ride.
