Ratchet Shifter S40-V40

Hello guys,

I have a crazy idea and wanted to ask if anyone has seen a ratchet shifter available for the v40?
I was looking at something like a B&M shifter BUT MY Concern is that it should be placed in the position of the original shifter to keep the console intact.

Anybody seen this?
