Best place to purchase parts? V70-XC70 2000

My wife's 2000 V70 needs new front rotors, pads, and new rear pads. I also need a cabin air filter.

In order to save some money, I'd like to order online or over the phone.

Where do the bulk of you purchase your parts, and would you suggest my replacements be OEM or aftermarket?

    I found the best price for stnd Zimmerman rotors and PBR pads is:
    http://www.fcpgroton.com/CSV70/csv70brakes.htm. They were 35% cheaper than IPDUSA. IPD was the source I used for cabin air filter.
