Anyone found a source for the window switches individually, or the whole assembly, besides the dealer ($300+)? I've had it apart twice already for cleaning and last time went so far as to take drivers side switch apart very carefully and clean contacts with some emery cloth, but only lasts a couple months. If I take it all apart again I want a new switch.

I suspect it is a center console switch ($300?). Check junk yards, preferrably those that have a similar car on the lot - that way you can try that switch before buying it.
