what is the highest profile '17 tire that fits S70 S70 1998

on a '98 T-5 what size tire should i get to mount on '97 850R wheels to fit the manual T-5. i don't like the extreemly low profile bc of the harsh ride but like the handling of "17s and the look of the charcoal seven spokes

    I have 215/45/17 on mine. The wheels had 215/40's when I bought them - ride is a bit more comfortable with the slightly taller sidewall. There is just a hair of rub at full lock, but nothing to worry about.

    Lousy pic attached. Will see if I can find a better one.
