Depending on your driving habits and use, using OEM rotors may be your most affordable choice (if you purchase them online). Cross drilled rotors are excellent for performance (autocross, 1/4 mile, etc), but if you just commute in your car and are not agressive they are probably not worth the money. Keep in mind that cross drilled rotors, while allowing greater cooling, are more brittle because of the decreased material present. If you want pure performacne rotors, find some that are cross drilled and slotted (Brembo, etc). For a compromise, slotted rotors will add some cooling over stock, while not being as brittle as cross drilled rotors.
It all depends on your use.
Make sure after installing your rotors to temper them (go out driving and brake gently several times, dropping 30mph in speed or so, then accelearting and repeating...do this about 10 times). Try not to use your brakes too hard before driving them at least 5 hours, as the factory oil packing (to resist rust) will not entirely be burned off, and because the rotors are not yet tempered to the high temperatures of brakeing.
As for SS lines, they'll never wear out, so it's a good upgrade. If you do take your car to autocrosses or track runs, these will be a very good thimg to have. Under normal driving they will make th brake pedel feel firmer.
