Incredible windscreen! S40-V40

Does anyone know what Volvo has done to the windscreen on this car? Maybe I'm knocked over because my former car was a civic (I had more than my share of cracked windscreens with that car)? But a stone hit my windscreen that I'm sure would have cracked the glass on my old car, but it only left a small white mark (it's definately not cracked)!

Same here! Had a gravel truck in front of me hit a bump and rain on my car, but the glass was still intact. Wish I could say the same for my paint job :-(

Don't know what they do to it but I too can attest to the resiliance of the windscreen on this car. Had a rock hit while on the highway at near 90mph. No crack, scratch, mark.....nothin.

I wish I could say the same about the S70, but I cant.
