car shuts off/Volvo stumped! S70

I have a 99 S70 with 49,000. When I'm driving about 45 mph, the car starts slowing down and losing power, like you're shifting into neutral, then it either kicks into gear or stalls! The only lights that go on are the arrow and the battery light. The lights and the radio still work when this happens. I turn the car off, then it usually starts! Of course it doesn't happen when I bring it to the dealer!!! Any ideas? Volvo seems to be stumped!!!!

    car shuts off/Volvo stumped!

    Possibilties;
    There's a TSB about corrosion on what's called the B+ terminal located in the engine compartment fusebox. I assume the dealer looked at that?
    It was either some '98s or early '99 S70s that had connector problems at the plug to the fuel pump. It's located behind the RR seat back, folded down, then remove the felt like material and there's several plugs. One of those is for the fuel pump and if you unplug it and see burned terminals, that's your problem.

    This is just a guess but could it be the ignition switch?
