right rear window wont go down. S70

The right rear window on my 98 is stuck. It seemed slow for a while but now nothing. No switch will operate it... can this be lubed.. or?????

had the same problem. jiggle & push the switch in & out carefully.might be a
dirty connection or defective switch.the switch can be replaced.you can do it
yourself (easy job)

Same thing happened to me this summer. It was the master window switch (in the driver's door). This is a fairly common failure. Mine was covered by certified extended warranty but if I recall correctly, the repair ran around $150.00.

HHmm thanks! So if the master switch fails then the local one wont work either?
They must be wired similar to a double switched light in a house.. or??
I see if I can pull it out myself.... 8-O
