I love my IPD/TME ECU! It isn't the cheapest, but I went with them because of their reputation, service and acessability. It probably isn't the most aggressive too, but it's probably the most reliable.

SAM, PES (GIAC), and Upsolute are around, and less expensive. They range from $400 for the upsolute to $600 maybe for the PES? The one that came close to beating out IPD in my mind was BSR. They have a wicked stage 3 pack, ECU, Downpipe, exhaust and cone filter. You'd be pushing close to 300HP! Yeehaw!
