How do you reset the service light on the dash of the 1993 850?

    Hey, one thing to add that occured to me of note, if you have an error code on the A1 socket, the service light can only be reset after the error code has been erased.

    1993 850 GLT 177,000km

    Jack,
    As you probably have found out the service light is just an idiot light that comes on a specific mileage intervals suggesting service. What a lot folks don't know is that the lamp can be set at different mileage intervals, real time or engine time...If I remember, it's the A7 socket and inputting code 1-5-1 that turns it off...but check the link that was previously given.
