All,

I need to find a place to buy the rear brake tool for the S40. No place in the Washington DC area seems to carry it, so if you know a place online that has it or a local store in your area I can order it from I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to your local NAPAStore.I got the tool about a year ago.Its in their service tool line and they had it right on the tool rack.Its a small cube shaped tool that goes on the end of your 3/8 ratchet.Just push and turn the piston back into the caliper.

I saw one in a good size Sears in the tool dept about 3 mos ago. Not too expensive either. These brakes are becoming more common.

Any Volvo dealer can order it from Kent Moore tools too but it might be costly. It works very well but I have no idea what it retails for.
