Re: DSA S40-V40

I buy a 2003 S40 last week. In only a week, the slippery warning sign come up twice and I can't turn it off until I restart the car.

Help and advise on this issue..

Thanks.

    Re: DSA S40-V40

Sounds like the DSA is deactivating automatically. When the light flashes upon hard acceleration in the rain that tells you it is kicking in to reduce wheel slip. When the light is on solid it indicates the DSA is disabled...such as you might want to do if you are using the spare tire......hmmmm....crazy idea: check the tire pressure in all four tires. Maybe if one is low, the DSA system might automatically disengage thinking that you have one odd sized tire.

Otherwise, go straight to the dealer and have them sort it out.
