blower motor bearings 850 1994

I'm about to remove my blower motor for the third time. Bushings are worn. The first time I lubricated them with oil and they lasted a year. The last time I put antisieze and they lasted me a week.

I would like to replace the bushings with bearings. Has anybody done this and if so do you remember what bearing number and type that you used? Was it a big job?

Thanks

    Chuck,

Sorry I can't help but I'm really surprised to hear bushings were used instead of bearings. I'd posted recently looking for someone to send me a seized motor as I wanted to see how difficult it would be to replace bearings. If I had one in hand I'd take it to the local industrial bearing supplier and find a cross.
