Hi, all. I am having trouble with my 97 850 glt. when I turn on my heater cold air comes out through one of the defrost ducts and the middle drivers middle dash vent. warm air only comes out ok on the dash vents next to the drivers door. the passenger side seem to work ok. could this be a damper motor problem? Is there an easy way to gain access to the damper motor to look at it? thanks bob

Have you tried closing the air mix shutter?

Yes, The air mix shutter is closed. Either way the cold air still comes through 2 of the vents.
