Service Light Reset for '99 V70 V70-XC70 1999

Hi Bricksters,

I need to know the procedure to reset the service reminder light on my 1999 V70XC. I once saw this procedure posted here over a year ago, but since then, could not find it. This info would be greatly appreciated.

JS, 1. Turn the ignition sw. to position I (off).

2. Only the SRS indicator light is lit.

3. This is a two-handed process. While pressing the trip mileage reset button with one hand, turn the ignition switch to position II. The service lt. will begin to flash in 15 to 30 seconds. As soon as it flashes, release the mileage reset button.

4. Turn the ignition sw. off. The service lamp should now be reset. Tom
