Problems programming seat. S70 1998

I recently bought a '98 S70 GLT and am not able to program the power seat. I followed the manual to the "t" but am having no luck. Is there a trick I am missing?

I had the same problem. It was about 1 year or 365 beers ago but I beleive once u have the seat where you want it, you hold DOWN the memory button at the same time you press down #1, 2 or 3. Give it a shot!!!

try holding down both mem and position# at the same time for at least 5-10 seconds.
