2nd Check Engine Light S40-V40

Had second check engine fault checked yesterday. Dealer found engine running rich. Fuel pressure was sometimes hi at fuel rail and at rear of car. They ordered parts and will repair in a few days.
Has anyone seen this problem.

Dealer replaced fuel regulator at fuel rail. Volvo tech support said this device was the likely problem. If pressure before rail was still high, they would of installed the pump/regulator. Before and after regulator change out, pressure was normal, so high pressure was or is an intermittant problem.
Anyone have experience with this?
