Where would I get a horn installed that would blow away an 18 wheeler?

"Blowing away" an 18 wheeler would require a horn the size of the ones *they* have! And since they are pretty good size, you're going to be hard pressed to find enough room to mount a similar one in the S70 hood (unless you mount it on the roof!).

You could, however, mount a couple of mid-size air horn trumpets under the air dam. This is what I have on a 850, and it works well. That is, it's a bigger sound than any car has!!
