in market for v70 wagon, need advice on purchase V70-XC70

I'm looking at a 2000 for $20k. Is this a reasonable price? It's leather and sunroof and in great condition.
Are there any traits that can catch me financially that I need to be aware of?
What about the rear main seal issue? is it a problem with the 2000's?
