For about a week or so the weather in Montreal has been hovering around -25 degrees celcius daytime high. The 850 Turbo lives outside all of the time.
This past friday the car started normally & was driven in the A.M. & early
afternoon. A few hours later I went out to start it & it refused to start.
For two days I tried the usual..even installed new plugs. Finally it was towed to a local garage where a "tune-up" was performed (wires - cap - rotor - filters) It still won't go. It turns over normally & stumbles as though it is
trying to start, but that's it. The "mechanic has suggested the timing belt may
have jumped a cog, but by this time I believe he is groping in the dark. Does anyone have any ideas what to check next ?
