dual climate control 850

on my 95 854T I've noticed that when I turn the passenger temperature gauge up/down that their is no response from the blower motor. Is this normal? Are there 2 blower motors that control them independantly? Or 1 motor and actuator arms that control the vents for the passenger side? I'm not getting any codes or anything and overall the heater works quite well.

There's only one blower motor used for both. When the dial is turned up on either side, the temparutre rises.

Just a qucik hint. There can only be an 8 degree variance between the two. If you have the right up to 80 and the left at 68, the right will never go above 76.
