ball joint, front end alignment?? 850

Last week I had a right front ball joint
installed , now the car pulls to the right,
resting postion of the steering wheel also
not centered,

I assume an alignment should have been done
after new ball joint was installed,

I am taking the car back this week for an alignment,

should this be no charge???

Most of the time they charge you extra for the alignment. Because it is listed to be a different service item. Whenever I had to change the tie rod end or control arm, I had to pay for that.
