Heavy Steering S70

Has anyone else experienced a heavy feel in the steering in '98 S70's? The tire pressure is fine, and so is the power steering fluid. I also own a '96 850, and the steering is considerably lighter. The same goes for my parents '88 740. What could this be? Any suggestions?

Dave

    My wife drives a 95 855 GLT and I have a 98 S70 T5M. The
S70 steering feels a bit heavier, but not a lot. Both our
cars have the same tires (Michilin Pilots XGT H) but the T5
    has a wider tire.

The brake feel is also quite different between the two cars
    (the 95's is better).

My buddy JUST had a leaky rack replaced by Volvo for a total bill of $875. He now says the car drives/steers like it NEVER did before! He complained about heavy sterring during his volvo "select" warranty as it was a used model but of course they "porked" him off and said it was no problem found. Gotta make ya wonder!
