Anyone know the cost of a Throttle Body Cleaning? How about Upper Engine mount? I know i can get the mount for about 16 bucks...

I just finished cleaning my TB last nite ( & replaced flame trap) total cost 1 can of throttle body ( O2 friendly ) cleaner and i sprung for a new flame trap. Total time 1 hour and it is easy. It is easy and it will help you bond with your Volvo and not your mechanic.

you can do both job yourself,

if I was to estimate how much a shop would charge 2 hours max
at 50 to 85 buck an hour

throttle body cleaning should cost about 90 bucks, but why fix the upper mount, it doesnt really do anything different when its broken then when its intact, its located inside a shell and cant really move anywhere.
