Head light/Wiper Blade S40-V40 2000

....drivers side headlight/wiper blade no longer stops in the down or home position, but instead straight up! It will eventually go back down only to get stuck straight up again the next time I use them!!!! Is this a dealer only fix or can I do it myself? Thanks in advance, Bill















'00 Blackberry S40/67K/w 10" K/N Cylinder filter and a '00 V70 wagon/50K.....and no Check Engine Light!!!! Yipppiiiii!

    if your still under warranty have the dealer do it, it needs a new motor probably, the wiper will eventually stay on and drain your battery if you dont fix it.
