98 V70 headlight wiper won't hold a blade V70-XC70 1998

Over the harsh winter, my passenger side wiper blade fell off and disappeared. As I tried to replace it I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the blade looks cracked in two. I compared it to the driver's side arm to compare.

Does anyone know what this piece is called and if it can be ordered without a whole new arm? Everything else is fine but I'd hate to spend big money for a tiny little clip.

    Order a headlight washer nozzle. It serves as a spray nozzle and attachment for the blade. There is a plastic clip on the underside of the arm that slips out to release the nozzle.
