Rattle below engine S70

I have a rattle, that when I go over small bumps it sounds like a mudflap/fender/exhaust vibrating , enough to drive one nuts, (thank God for the awesome stereo). Took it in twice (two diff shops) and even though they hear it no one can find the loose piece. Exhaust is tight, drilled the plastic wheel well in tight to the body with one screw (where it was a little loose) and it still makes the rattle. They say bring it back when it gets worse. It's bad enough though. Any ideas? It sounds like it comes from front passenger side under engine or near right wheel.

Thanks

you should check the motor mount it is there right behind the front right tire, and I would check the right strut mount it is located in the engine compartment where the shock mounts to the body of the car they are a very common problem with those cars, and 1 more item should be checked and that is the swaybar link arm they get someplay in the joints on those and they will make alot of noise. Hope this will help you out in your hunt for the noisy suspension.

      Thanks for the info.
It's not the brakes. Checked, and also just changed front disc and pads just a few months ago.
Also the upper torque mount bushing was found to be cracked and torque rod upper was replaced just a few months ago.
I fooled around with it just now and a strange noise sounds when I push the car down on the front right side (when the car bounces back). I opened the hood and did it again. There is a LOUD rattle noise comming from what appears to be the washer fluid resevoir. Almost like someone threw a big coin down there and it swooshes and hits the sides or something. I see there is a mesh filter a few inches down the pipe, so something internally is loose in the tank I think. The low annunciator light works properly though. Anyone else have this problem?
Maybe thats not even it. Can somebody try this at there leisure and see if the tank makes a lot of noise when pushing rapidly on the hood? Not just fluid swooshing but a definate banging around sound.

      Pfew,
Hopefully thats it. The noise is almost embarrasing when driving clients around.

      Thanks

Try checking the brake backing plates. They can bend easily, get a rock stuck in there, etc.
