Leaking Power Steering S60

Just bought an 8 month old S60 2.0 LPT second hand. Noticed red fluid stains around the power steering filler cap reservoir few days ago. Cleaned it up and saw the fluid leak around the filler cap again this morning. Checked the fluid level and it was at the HOT level mark on the cap even though the engine was cold. This car was serviced by Volvo just before my purchase from the dealer 2 weeks ago and they had topped up the PS level. Would over filling of the reservoir cause the fluid to leak from the cap? Hose connections seem secure but not sure if seals around cap are secure/hardened. Help appreciated!
By the way, any comments on what the most economical cruising speed for this car is? Gotta save money after splurging on the car!

    Leaking Power Steering S60

Sent the car to Volvo to clear up my doubt. The power sttering fluid level was too high so excess fluid leaked round the filler cap. All was needed was some siphoning of the excess. Will monitor it now.

Read a posting about doors popping open while moving. Happened to me so got the rear left door lock replaced FOC. The event was recorded in the car's computer.
