Pulled a code from my 2000 XC and it said "manfact. specific code see service manual" anyone know what this code means (code is P1513)?

My All-Data subscription, for my '99 S70 T5M, tells me that this code is for the brake pedal position sensor. They also show several pages of diagnostic procedures for this item. I'd recommend that you buy a subscription, so that you have this resource available to you for your car.
