Fender Rubbing Stock S70 S70

My suspension, tire and wheel set-up on my 1998 S70 T-5 is stock, yet there is a spot on the inside of my front right fender where there has been enough rubbing to go THROUGH the fender. No lowering springs, no bilstein or koni shocks, no add on wheel spacers - NOTHING. Anyone know what the culprit may be? the car is under extended warranty and is in the shop RIGHT now, any help would be appreciated.

    I also have a 1998 S70 T-5SE with a totally stock suspension, I noticed during a recent brake job there are abrasion marks on the plastic wheel well, presumbly from the tire. During the winter I've heard a scraping noise when I turn the steering wheel all the way left. I use Gisaved Nordfrost III
    205-55-16 in the winter. I haven't experienced any such problems with my Michelin MXV4plus, also 205-55-16.
