Warranty Info Please help... S80

Hello:
i have an 01 S80 T6 that has 25K miles on it. I am taking it in tomorrow for some needed work. I have two questions regarding service.

1) here are the current problems:
headlight and tail light are out on the left side.
head rest on back right will not stay up.
Sunroof cover on the inside will not open. Hung up on something over it.

These parts are all covered right?

2) numbnuts say I can't use a car for the day cause they do not have a borrow program but they would be happy to rent me one.

Have you borrowed a car when you took yours in? Is this really not covered under the warranty?

Thanks in advance!
PKL

    Warranty Info Please help... S80

    1. I think those are all covered. Bulbs used to be 1 year/12K miles but
I believe they bumped them up to the full warranty period starting in 99.
Your owners manual would list it.

    2. As far as I know, borrowing a car is not covered. It is up to the
dealer. Any dealer can do the service and warranty work so if you have
an alternative dealer check around and see if other dealers have a
loaner. My dealer provided a free loaner during the warranty period for
all service and warranty work (but they were often out of cars
unless you made an appointment a couple weeks in advance). When
loaners were out they provided shuttle service. On occasion the saleperson
would also give you a ride or pick you up (but that would really vary by salesperson).
