'94 850 T vs '97 850R 850

Need some input on a big decision I'm about to make. I currently have a '94 850 Turbo wagon with 120,0000 miles which I have recently done major work to including new timing belt, new bilstein shocks and struts, new brakes, new egr valve, new cam seals, new o2 sensor. I recently changed the spark plugs and found oil in two of them, no blue smoke from the exhuast though. I have come across a 97 850R wagon with 63000 miles. It sits at a BMW/mercedes/porshe dealer. They are offering $3500 for my trade(yeah, it makes me sick too) and $11,900 for their car. My biggest concern is trading off all my new work for a car with half the miles mine has but possibly major work in the near future, i.e. the timing belt, brakes, etc. I do most of the little work on it myself (thanks to sites like brickboard) which does help with the cost of repair. I have 2 days to think of my decision before the big deal day, any opinions would be greatly appreciated!! Love the site, love my brick!!
