What are the signs of catalytic converter going bad? (130,000 miles on the engine)

Put the car on a rack. Bang the cat. If it sounds like a broken thermos bottle, it's gone.... And lack of performance....

No codes for rear O2 sensor, NO problems. Cats usually last the life of the car for most people.
