S70 Power Windows S70

Hey Everyone!
I have a 98' S70 and the windows are very picky about rolling up or down. I don't think it is the switch because it has affected ALL the window switches in the entire care and also the power sunroof! I also cannot find the fuse for the windows.
Are the windows and sunfroof tied into the same circuit??

    I just had a problem and was troubleshooting my window switches, and yes, I do belive the sunroof, windows, and the power mirrors are all on the same fuse. My problem was, using the drivers door switches, some windows would go down, but not up. Pulled the switch apart, was very dirty, cleaned it, but that wasn't the problem, so I replaced it ($137, ouch).

      Just checked, the sunroof is on a different circuit
