Interesting Throttle Problem 400 1994

Hello All,
Perhaps someone can help me. I have a 1994 Volvo 440 1.8l with an interesting idle problem.
I think perhaps it may be the temp control, but here are the symptoms.
- When idling the throttle will bounce at regular intervals between 1200 to 1600 RPMs. This does not happen all the time, but regularly
- I believe gas mileage has decreased.
- Sometimes the car will sit at 1600 RPM in idle.

Suggestions, comments? Please let me know what you think.
Thanks for your help.
FcB

Try to disconnect temp/sensor on your block then engine is runing, RPM must go to 1600 or more, connect it back. If sound look's like your's /// check wires from Temp/sensor to EZ210K. But some times it's idle/sensor problem!

I'm not familier with the 440 Model or engine, but my guess from your description would be a vacumn leak somewhere.
