roof molding 850 1994

I am looking to replace the peeling roof molding on my 850 wagon, but the dealer wants over $150 per side for them. I saw in one of your postings that they could be had for more like $70 apiece. Can anyone tell me where I can get these for less than $300?
Thanks

I like the electrical tape idea. I have used a product called "TRIMBRITE" with very good results. Good Luck!

I was the one who posted $70, but I was recalling the price of them about 6 years ago. Evidently they've gone up. I would recommend taking them off, using paint remover and sand paper on them and repainting them. You can use a high temp. gloss paint found at any auto parts store. They'll turn out nicely and you've spent less than $20.

I'm glad in one sense, but ironically there don't seem to be any Volvo's in the junk yards near me (Lancaster PA). Did you use an online parts locator to find them, or would you if you had to?
