Coolant Pipe 400

Greetings to all.

I have only just bought a 440 1992 model. I have noticed that the coolant pipe (metal) running across the front of the engine looks rather corroded. Is this a common problem with the 400 series?

      Thanks for the reply. I have got hold of a replacement which I got free from another car at the scrapyard. I will paint this with a heatproof paint to protect it - and keep it on standby should the other badly corroded one pop.
