How easy/hard to change sway bar links? V70-XC70

How hard is this? (I have a dirt floor garage with no lift.) Is it as simple as it looks? any special tools required? Should I just replace the bad one, or both at the same time. Car 98 V70 has 88K miles.

it is as easy as previously stated .it can be inexpensive too if you use fcp groton (unsolicited).

It's pretty easy. As I recall you have to use a short length
of pipe under the sway bar and over the A-arm as a lever to
push the sway bar up a bit. This "unloads" the link and makes
it easier to unbolt and re-bolt. (It'l make sense when you
do it.) No more then an hour for both of them.
