A chlunking noise 850

My car is making a clunking noise after
letting off the gas after speeding up. It sound like it's coming from
the right front, and it only happens in the conditions mentioned. Often at low gear.
Any ideas?
I have just replaced the subframe mount.
TIA

Some have reported on this board that the noise could be caused by a bad strut mount. If your sway bar bushings are good, that may be a place to check.

Good luck

Check your control arm(sway bar) link. I have replaced both of mine two times. Could be ball joints too. You mentioned sub-frame mounts being replaced. Are you referring to the upper motor mount? This causes some noises similar to what you are describing also. Good Luck...

The sway bar links are in good condition replaced them a couple month ago. The torque mount bush, subframe mount (the one underneath the right side of the engin)and front strut mount seats were replaced as well. I have two suspicions, one wich is the hydraulic motor mount (front motor mount) as these are the inly mount i didn't replace or maybe the inner unit of the CV joint (not sure what that mean, got it from internet research). Could this be the problem? How easy is the front mount to fail?
I had an 90'Acura Legend that does the same thing untill I finally let it go. Just too annoyed.
Please help me pin point the problem.

Could it be the belt tensioner? I have the same problem too. How hard is it to replace?
