Factory Shop Manual Available? S60 2004

I recently purchased a 2004 s60 2.5T and inquired about purchasing afactory shop manual at the local dealership. I was told that the shop manual is not available in paper or CD format. Is this correct?

They have not had printed manuals since 1998 (and a complete set
for my 98 was over $1000 from Volvo). Each "system" has a manual
(one for igntion, one for transmission, one for emissions, one
for the HVAC, etc.) which is why it is so expensive.

Thanks for the info. This is what I was looking for. The parts dept at the local dealership indicated that the info was not available in any format (paper or electronic). I feel much better now to know I can get the info I need.
