CV joint or Strut 850

I have a 93 850 i'm hearing a rattleing comming from the front passenger side. I can't tell if it's the CV joint or the strut. I replaced the motor mount below the timming belt thinking that was the problem. I know it's not the water pump or timming belt idler because I only hear the noise wheh the car is in motion. Any way to test the strut or CV joint without removeing them.

    I ended up replacing my whole driveaxleon my 93 GLT. The right side boot was torn wide open and was clicking and clunking somthin fierce.

    i have the same problem on my 95 850. Mechanic says the sway bar is bad.

        A common problem with these cars is the sway bar link. This is the link between the sway bar and the strut. I have had to replace both links twice in 175,000 miles. Also evaluate the lower control arm for ball joint failure. Good Luck...
