Material in dipstick tube and losing oil 850 1995

I have a 1995 850T with about 130000 miles. I use Mobile 1 oil. When changing the oil I noted brown amorphous material in the dipstick tube and have lost about 1 qt of oil in 5000 miles. Both are new. This is the first oil change since having a new radiator installed. If anyone can be of assistence I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

    Hi. 1 qt. in 5000 miles is phenomenal!
    "Gunk" on dipstick is nothing abnormal.
    If concerned,you can always do an oil analysis.
