Need to replace struts 1998 v70r, any suggetsions?

Right front strut on my 98 V70r is leaking. Need to replace at least the front struts. As far as I can tell the rears are only available as OEM. Will replacing just the fronts with aftermarkets Koni's etc mess up the handeling of the car? Also are all the V70R's equiped witht the "auto leveling" system I have read about?

i do think the 98 v70r awd (urs is awd right) came standard with the automatic self-leveling...these self-leveling shocks are very expensive to replace... i don't know of any other aftermarket shock available for the rear on an awd except the ohlins from volvo (which are prohibitively even more expensive)...wait, actually, kalmar-union in uk has a full set of uprated shocks (including the self-leveling rear) for the r awd cars...

replacing just the fronts should not be that big a problem...
