'93 850 rear suspension noises 850 1993

I replaced the rear shocks but still have a "klunking" when going over rough surface at 30-35 mph. Faster I don't think the suspension has time to move, so no significant noise. Could this be the rubber bushing attaching rear suspension to the body? Car has 135,000 miles.

    BobZ,

    I just changed the rear shocks and yep my 95 is doing the same thing . I replaced the front struts and the seat for the struts they are fine. I guess i should have done the same for the shocks.

      Lee,
      Did you replace the rear and front bushings, or are they still making noises after replacing the shocks?

      Does anyone know how hard it is to replace the swing arm(?) bushing?

        I replace the front bushings and not the rear. I did not have the noise before I replaced the rear shocks. I did have a noise with the front strut.

        I just place an order with IPD for the rear ahh 30 + $ which includes shipping.
