how to remove rocket panel (side skirt) S70

Do anyone have any idea how to remove the part that running below the door (I don't really know the exact term of this part. do u guys call it skirt or something else) Any thought would be appreciated!

    it is the rocker panel. you were close.

    but why are you removing it?

    On pretty much every other car I've seen this done on or done myself (usually due to being rusted out and needing replacement), they are welded in and need to be cut out.

      They are plastic. The top side is held in place by double sided tape. I'm not sure about the bottom edge. If you need one I have both sides.

        plastic?

        are we talking about sideskirts here or rocker panels?

        oh. just reread the original post and see that he used both terms.

        Rocker panels are the metal panels that come up from the underside of the car and meet with the bottom of the door.

        Sideskirts are add-ons that do, in fact, tape on to the bottom (and sometimes a couple of screws) of the rocker panels to "extend" the sides of the car further towards the ground.

        Big difference here.
