O2 sensor+ NOX sensor codes 850

I had the check engine light come on and took it to my indy for codes. He said O2 sensor came up (reasonable for a '94 855T w/ 92k), plus a NOX sensor code. I didn't even know these beasts had a NOX sensor...and, besides that, do you think if I replaced the O2 sensor, the NOX code would go away? There was also a "running rich" code, but I figure that'll get taken care of my a new O2 sensor.
The car is parked 'til I get all this straightened out so I don't need to buy a new CAT b/c of the running rich conditions screwing up the CAT.

Ideas/advice?

Thanks as always,

-Nick

O2 sensor+ NOX sensor codes 850 1996

I had a similar issue (code 435 = 02 sensor). What is CAT you mention? My mechanic said vaccum leaks and intake and breather hoses need replacing + 02 sensor w/ labor = $950. That sounds like a lot but if there is danger of messing up CAT(?) should I do it?
Car seems to run OK . . .

What year is your 850? '95 Turbos had the OBD-II data port in the console just in front of the shifter under the coin holder. All '96 and later 850s had the OBD-II data port there. Maybe buy yourself an Actron 9135 on Ebay or something so you can read the OBD codes yourself? Pre-'95 850s had the DTC code boxes under the hood in front of the rightside strut tower.

It's a '94,and I've tried to figure out the code thing, even looked at the pictures and whatnot on the other 850 board (spacing the name of that board right now...), but have not been able to figure it out. Just mechanically stupid, but trying to learn.
